Lodging Policy:  Check in time 4pm; Check out time noon;  Rates are subject to change; Property is nonsmoking; No pets allowed

 

Cancellation Policy:  Café Rosé Guest Suites have a 48-hour cancellation policy.  Contact Rosie at 563-928-6908 by 3pm CST two days prior to arrival with any changes to your reservation or if you need to cancel the reservation completely.  Any cancellations with less than 48-hour notice of arrival date will be subject to a charge equal to the first night's room rental plus tax. No-show reservations will be charged for the first night's room rental plus tax and subsequent nights of the reservation will be cancelled without additional charges.
