Yippee Ki Yay! Our Cowboy Caviar is packed full of garden ripe tomatoes, delicious sweet corn, black and pinto beans, and seasoned with a zesty Italian dressing. Served with crisp tortilla chips.

Our Italian Beef Sandwich, slow cooked for 8 hours, features scrumptious Italian seasoned, hand-sliced beef with oozy-melted provolone cheese, sandwiched within a warmed Hoagie bun. Too Good! Rosie says, "try this with a glass of Barrelhead Winery's Iowa grown and made Marechal Foch, dry red wine."
